Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details.

Delivery Areas & Timeframes

  • Abu Dhabi: Direct delivery by our own team. Delivered within 2 business days.
  • Other Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain): Delivered through leading local carriers within 2–6 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high-volume periods, or current local situations.

Shipping Costs

  • AED 25 for flat rate each order for all Emirates.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
