Arbitration will occur in Dubai, UAE, with a single arbitrator and in English. UAE laws will govern the proceedings.

Limitations

Arbitration will only address disputes between the involved parties and may not be combined with other legal actions. No class-action claims or public representative cases are permitted under this agreement.
